Interior Design
Piper Renner has always enjoyed interior design growing up in an artistic and architectural family. This experience combined with over two years in Mount Mary University for fashion design, she and has a great understanding of design, fabric, materials, colors, and space.
She assisted in putting together model units when she worked in Milwaukee and now has begun to offer services here because there is lack of high end interior designers offering a variety of styles in the area.
Piper has developed a great team of people and suppliers during her time here. She has a team with great style, quality, and understands it is hard for foreigners to put this together and do it all for a great value.
On most of the properties Piper has designed she takes advantage of the exoticness of Costa Rica and uses antique or ethnic (Latin American) looking pieces put together with contemporary and classical furniture.
“I feel my designs are classical, quality, and timeless, they are also practical in that many units are rental, thus the owners need quality, durability, and I always stay in an appropriate price range requested.”

This building was originally used for office space and has now been converted into a one of a kind luxury studio condo.
The look was inspired by the Italian style terraces surrounding the interior so an old world Europe style was the inspiration for the renovations of the interior. Local stone was used inside the bathrooms and hand plastered walls were used throughout.
Furniture pieces were dictated by style and budget for this particular project.

A Spanish influence was requested for this projected which Piper Renner worked with Janet Gauthier on.
The oxblood red leather couches, hand painted, wine cabinet, and matadors painting, by Ruben Rivera, were some of the inspirational pieces in this condominium.
The bedrooms followed through with some of the color themes but cooled down, reflecting a more seascape environment.

This condo was designed with handsome qualities in mind, and a place where guest can come and relax and feel like they are in an exotic location.
This condo is also being used for rentals, so durability and function was a concern for the furniture pieces.

We kept in mind it will be used as a rental so the furniture is quality as well as functional.
